Charles believes he's on the case after the Grim Reaper an alias for a hard core underground Cyph and his organization the ReCrewTers who host an annual event for Cyphers recently associated with missing people. Charles is on the run but who's hunting who? Time is running out as all converges at the annual Cyph Fest.
